Returns Policy

1. No refunds, no returns

Because every Nurox product is a digital file that is delivered and downloadable immediately after purchase, all sales are absolutely final. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental or duplicate purchases.
• Change of mind, no longer needed, or wrong product selected.
• Incompatibility with your software, device, or workflow.
• Failure to download the file within a reasonable time after purchase.

2. Before you buy

Please review the product description, preview images, and feature list carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about what a template includes or whether it will work for you, contact us here before checking out.

3. Technical issues

If your download link is not working or the file appears corrupted, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will re-send the file or provide a fresh download link. This is the only remedy we offer — it is not a refund.

4. Unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge on your card was unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account and any associated downloads being permanently disabled.

5. Agreement

By placing an order with Nurox you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no-refund, no-return policy.
